Offering dish end :
Our company can press and spin kinds of dish end. Our company has very strong force, as well as numerous technical staffs.
The main equipments in our machining plant as below, oil press: 4000t, 3000t, 1000t, 500t each one; 6.5m and 2.4m edge flanging machine each one; one 7m press blowing machine; one 8500?2500 heat treating furnace; one 4400?4000 heating furnace; one 3400?3400 heating furnace and so on. Different shapes of dish end we can make as below: ellipsoidal dish end, tori spherical dish end, conical dish end, flat roof head, spherical arched head and boiler profiled dish head.
The material of dish end we can make as below: stainless steel of ss304, ss316, ss316l; pressure vessel of sa516; carbon steel of ss400, q235 and so on.
